How on earth is it already September?! August FLEW by and here we are. Distance learning is a thing, we're all still navigating this global pandemic. Goodness! One thing I know for certain is that time passes, and that animals don't care. What a blessing and a joy to be able to work with them! Don't get me wrong, there are days that are dang hard. I hope you all follow our Facebook page but if not, we received horrible, devastating news about Sadie. Unrecoverable soundness, pain and compensation causing other issues. We made the painful decision to humanely euthanize her to end her suffering. Run restored and free Sadie, we will always love you!!
We have her daughter Unique that Katie of Pasco Kahlotus Ranch and our Jr. members Hailey and Alex are working with. She is SO smart! Hailey was very attached to Sadie and so it's very healing for her to be able to work with Unique.
BTW, all the beautiful photos we use are by PK Photography. Daniel and Katie are a wonderful photography team. She and Daniel just welcomed their 2nd son to the world as well! Is there anything Katie CAN'T do?
We're getting numerous requests for owner relinquishment. With our donations down due to the state of things, we're unfortunately not able to take them all in. We do have a couple in the works, and we're doing our best to network with other rescues for those we can't take in.
