Don't know about you guys, but we're so excited to start a new year! With 2020's accomplishments (and challenges) we feel so blessed to continue our work. We are always looking for new members to join our forces, don't feel like owning horses or having land yourself is necessary as we have tons of opportunities to help! We are a zero drama group, with respect for one another's views, abilities, and passions. Drama is kicked to the curb as we have more important things to do like "Make a Difference" which is our theme. :)
Ella, Fred, Henrietta and Hank are still in our program. We didn't have good news with Hank's Xrays, he does have ringbone and is pasture sound only with no hope for more. Kacy will soon be posting about him and her heartfelt plea for a wonderful home where he can just live out his days. Henrietta is a hoot! She is the funny and fiesty! One would never imagine she's an older lady as she runs and bucks and farts around her pen. She has a great appetite and a great love of life. Hailey will be jumping on her soon (now that she's settled in and gaining weight) so we can see what level of rider she needs. Once that occurs, our beautiful girl will be available for adoption!! Fred is so sweet. He and Ella have been with Katie over the holidays and we expect some updates soon as far as training. We know that Ella will need extensive training, she has some abuse and neglect to overcome.
We are bringing in another owner relinquishment in the next week or so. He was a stallion for many years and has been living as a gelding for the last 4 and truly enjoying life as such. Stay tuned for that as we're excited to provide him a fresh start!!
We hope your holidays were filled with love and peace, and we hope that your new year is filled with the same. Thank you for following along on our journey to help horses and owners in need in our communities, we can't do what we do without you and we appreciate you SO MUCH!!
