New beginnings

Saturday is the day for hauling, hauling and maybe some more hauling. Scarlett gets to head to Katie of Pasco Kahlotus Ranch for an evaluation of her training after sitting for several months this winter. We are so excited for Katie to give her full evaluation and bring Scarlett into the limelight. This beautiful mare was relinquished to us in late 2016 after being saved her off the feedlot in early 2016. She was never able to make the trip home to Missouri as her savior intended, and has been housed in Washington ever since. We are so excited to discover what secrets Scarlett holds, and develop her new beginning!

We also will be transporting Holly for a site visit with her potential adopter! Jim has fallen for her through her videos and wants to spend a few days in his home environment with her to make sure it's a match made in heaven. We are hoping for the best and will keep you posted!!

Hay is also on the menu, we are picking up two ton for feeding the hungry mouths in our care with a few bales slated for emergency feed assistance should the need arise in our communities.

Please keep us in your thoughts as we hit the road. As always should you decide to support our horses financially, we are happy to acknowledge your donation with a receipt for your taxes. Our greatest thanks to those who follow us and provide the fuel for our efforts to make a difference!
