Wow have we had the rain here in Eastern Washington lately!! Unfortunately, it causes mud and lots of it. We are thankful for the moisture, and we are even more thankful for the beautiful sunshine that Eastern Washington provides following the gully washers we've been getting. :)
I want to take a moment to introduce you to Scarlett. This beautiful 13 year old bay roan lady came to us in October 2016 via owner relinquishment after being saved from the slaughter pipeline in late 2015. After being used as a broodmare and sadly tossed away, Scarlett initially had some issues warming up to humans. She has shown that with time and love, once she trusts you she will seek your attention and return every bit of goodness you give her. Scarlett is going to require someone who has riding skills for a green horse as she had a late start to her riding career but with 120 days training under her belt, she has an excellent base. If you are interested in learning more about Scarlett, please don't hesitate to give us a call or contact us via our web portal at www.CEOEW.com.
