Cookie

Permanently in our hearts

Cookie is an elder grey Quarter Horse gelding.  He shows a life of hard riding and little care.  He was brought into our program as a sanctuary horse.  We know we are on borrowed time with our stoic Cookie but we couldn't allow him to be slaughtered after the years of dedication he has given someone.  For now, we have fattened him up, allowed him to have pasture friends, and we will love him until the day he tells us it's his time.
