Welcome

Community Equine Outreach of Eastern Washington is a 501c3 Non-Profit Charitable Organization.  We are an all volunteer group focusing on equine abuse/neglect prevention; owner and public education; as well as rescue and rehabilitation.  Our mission is to provide low cost health and gelding clinics, end of life assistance, and rescue in our communities.  We help owners find and utilize options before neglect, starvation, or slaughter occurs.
